Patient feedback and surveys
We are always interested in hearing feedback from our patients, good or bad. Below are the ways you can provide feedback to the practice. If you feel it necessary, you can also make a complaint to the practice.
All our feedback is collated and reviewed on a regular basis with our Patient Participation Group.
Friends and family test
If you have had a recent interaction with the surgery please rate us on 'how likely you would be to recommend us to your friends and family'. You can also leave comments on your recent experiences. You can find these short surveys either in surgery or by using the button below.
