Policy For Prescribing Testosterone In Women

Private Fee Cost Amendment / Protocol

We have updated our private fee costs for the year 2025 / 2026.  

  • 2025/26 Amended Fees
  • All fees must be paid in advance of the work being done
  • All requests can take up to 28 days after payment has been received.
  • Payment is non-refundable
  • If you request is URGENT, this comes at an additional cost and is dependant on time and details required
  • All requests will be deemed ‘not required’ if payment is not made within 30 days of the initial request. The paperwork will be shredded after this period
  • We reserve the right to suspend or extend the processing times for private non-NHS work at any time due to high unexpected patient demand
